The work-programme is divided into five tasks:

• Extend the supply chain coverage created within TEX-SPIN by building an improved framework of business scenarios, an enlarged XML Dictionary and new XML documents that are closer to business activities needs in the entire T/C sector;
• Generate methodological improvements and standardization supports that simplify the maintenance and dissemination of the XML documents;
• Identify cross-sector standardization scenarios and business models, definition of a dictionary of terms shared with other sectors (furniture, footwear, technical applications...); requirements and state-of-the-art for the creation of a set of cross-sector standardized messages;
• Establish TEX-WEAVE pilots, through an adaptation and integration of already existing products and platforms from technology including set-up and monitoring of message exchange chains established between different firms;
• Dissemination and awareness activities across the business community and stakeholders in T/C sector (public events, web site, help desk and training);
